2. No Affiliation or Endorsement by Elon Musk

This petition and the broader campaign hosted on elonforgov.com are not authorized, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Elon Musk, Tesla, SpaceX, X Corp., Neuralink, or any other company or entity associated with Mr. Musk.Any use of Mr. Musk’s name, image, or public statements is for the purpose of political commentary and advocacy protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. There is no guarantee that Mr. Musk will run for governor, support this campaign, or respond in any way.

3. Voluntary Participation

Participation in this petition is entirely voluntary. You are not required to sign, and you may choose not to provide your personal information. By choosing to sign, you acknowledge the following:
